At Iron Lantern Outfitters, we want you to love your gear. If your tee isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund — no hard feelings, no hassle.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
We also offer refunds for:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
The window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to request one: Reach out to hello@ironlanternoutfitters.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your request, and we'll take it from there.
Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Iron Lantern Outfitters is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.
